The Bayou Classic Aluminum Fisher Cooker Kit features all the deep frying cooking tools you need to fry, cook and eat in style.

The outdoor propane burner that is included with the Bayou Classic Aluminum Cooking Kit has Bayou Classic’s unique leg design, which provides stable footing on the most rugged terrain. The BTUs of this outdoor propane unit reaches up to 55,000 BTUs.

The burner may be turned down to simmer the smallest cup of coffee. The Bayou Classic Aluminum Deep Fryer Cooking Kit includes Bayou Classic’s 10 quart aluminum deep fryer, deep fryer basket, tall high pressure outdoor propane burner, 10 PSI regulator and hose kit and stainless steel cooking thermometer.
